Perfect with cheese and crackers. Made with red capsicums and red chillies. This jam is addictive, as proved by my husband when offered the jam on a cheese cracker. He was most apprehensive of the chilli heat however now asks for it all the time. This is a sweet but not overly hot jam. Goes with a hard cheddar or soft cheeses like Camembert and Brie. Katandra recommend Cambray Sheep Cheese.
