Egyptian Dukkah


Original recipe with roasted almonds, sesame seeds, and spices. Dukkah is great to have on standby in the pantry for when guests drop in – sprinkle on just about everything from fish to bread to salads! Dukkah originated in the Middle East, but now is used worldwide. It is a textured mix of nuts, seeds and spices. Serving suggestion: Serve with crusty or flat bread dipped in extra virgin olive oil (EVOO).
