This recipe was shared by a neighbouring stallholder at Garden Week many years ago. She said, here is a jar – try this! Well I did and had to stop myself from eating the whole jar it was just so scrumptious. I asked her for the recipe and did she mind if I made and sold it. Yes, go ahead was the answer. It is called Polish Pickle, as she was of Polish descent. It is really like a hotter version of tomato relish with the addition of capsicum and chillies. Once you try some you will be back for more, just like me. Serving Suggestion: Enjoy in a homemade burger.
