Goods must be paid for prior to dispatch. Pricing does not include shipping costs, this is added at the time of purchase in the shopping cart. Due to Katandra Preserves availability, some items may be substituted depending on stock. Please include your contact details so we can discuss this with you if required.
SHIPPING
We use Australia Post for all our shipping. This gives us the ability to deliver to Post Office boxes if required. All goods are sent by a logistics tracking number which will assist in being able to identify the progress of your order after it has been dispatched.
For country and interstate deliveries, if the recipient is not home they will receive a card in the letterbox that there is a parcel at their local post office for collection. A contact phone number for the recipient is required. This will be used at our discretion to ensure delivery. Your order is securely packed by Katandra Preserves prior to dispatch. If however, during transit it is damaged in any way, you must return it directly to your local Post Office as Australia Post need to inspect the packaging including any broken items to provide compensation. A follow-up email or phone call to Katandra Preserves would also be appreciated. Katandra Preserves also offer an insurance option provided by Australia Post. As items are not automatically insured we recommend taking advantage of this option. Gift Hampers containing alcohol may only be purchased and delivered to persons over the age of 18.
RETURNS
Because our items are perishable, we cannot accept returns so please choose carefully. We know you understand. It is a health and safety issue. In the unlikely situation that our product is faulty, a refund given will be given. Photographic evidence and description is required. Please email to sales@katandra.com.au within 3 days of receiving goods.
SECURITY
Our site uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, the industry standard encryption, to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of your credit card information under our control. Your details are sent directly from our website to the bank. We do not store your credit card details.
PAYMENT METHODS
Visa or Mastercard & Direct Bank Transfer - Make your payment directly into our bank account. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.
