Designed to go with all kinds of fish and seafood, but at the same time is good with Thai Beef or Thai Chicken. Use on Thai fish cakes, sushi or pour over oysters. It is actually perfect with all fish, meat, chicken, pork and seafood. Pleasant tossed over mixed salad of leaves or as a dipping sauce. An excellent marinade for barbecuing meats and seafood.
